"The hotel is overcrowded with tour groups. Facilities are outdated. The restroom at the lobby is one of the worst I have seen, just old and overused. The "panoramic" rooms on the top floor is really not panoramic at all, and the windows are really small. The bathrooms in the rooms are outdated, and the hallways smelled of cigarettes even though it's a nonsmoking facility. Only positive part of the hotel is the staff, which are pretty friendly and courteous."
