Grand Spot

The hotel was as described and a lot better than some of the rather mean reviews !! Staff were friendly, and easy going, no rush, the breakfast was as described and plentiful. This is not a 4 star hotel its budget and worked perfectly for me. It does what it says on the tin !! Its great value and so near the railway station , yet on a quiet side street. Whafs not to like ?

Not as advertised! The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Those are the only good things I can say. I checked in late at night and had to return to reception to ask for towels because there were none at all in the room. Air conditioning did not work and when I went back to reception again and asked for a different room the receptionist told me that no rooms in the entire hotel had functioning air con. It's a budget hotel and I didn't expect luxury but I do expect the room to be as advertised and the lack of air conditioning is unforgivable. I was likewise unimpressed that neither of the two receptionists I spoke to could speak English even though the hotel is advertised to have multilingual staff with English specifically mentioned. It's the false advertising I object to, not the actual absence of language skills. I've complained to Expedia but they tell me if could take months to correct the way the place is advertised.

Hello, What we liked the most at this hotel was the staff. Namely, a wonderful lady by the name Veronica. She demonstrated great competence, professionalism, and commitment to take care of us as guests. Her interpersonal skills were outstanding and her strong ability to be patient and address our concerns were fantastic. Veronica definitely made us want to come to this hotel in the future. A very simple hotel, surprisingly for ibis chain. Will undergo renovation this month and hopefully will get a better look. AC wasn’t working, individual AC was so loud it was hard to sleep, hallways smelled and someone smoked in the rooms. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Climatisation en panne pendant la période de canicule. Pas d'autre moyen comme un ventilateur n'est proposé. Avec la fenêtre ouverte et de part sa localisation, bruit de rue très tard dans la rue. Livraison à 4h30. Nuit épouvantable.

Habitación con mucho polvo. Si no lo pides expresamente, la habitación no la hacen. Tuvimos que pedirlo y nos dijieron que no tenian bastante personal. A parte del pan, el resto son embutidos y enlatados para desayunar.

Quel horreur Comment est il possible de louer des chambres avec ce manque d’hygiène et de propreté. Salle de bain salle.
