Very disappointing, swimming pool cold as heater not working. Contact details for host Novasol did not work. Eventually the heater was fixed on day 6 of our 7 day holiday. Paint flaking on kitchen ceiling. Had to make own beds up on arrival. No bedding supplied for travel cot. Birds nesting on front balcony. Broken light fitting. Faulty kettle. Poorly equipped kitchen. No hairdryer. No key for bedroom doors to balcony. No oven gloves. No toilet rolls. No response to our complaint email. Non existent customer service Would not recommend!
