Magnifique maison, très bien située. Seul bémols, nous aurions aimé avoir accès au ponton attribué à la maison pour y mettre notre bateau.

Grosszügiges Haus in sicherer und gepflegter Anlage. Das Jacuzzi hatte mehrmals eine Störung. Trotz Intervention des Technikers wurde der Mangel nicht behoben. Das Wasser wurde nicht mehr aufgeheizt, daher konnten wir das Jacuzzi nicht benutzen. Eine grosse Enttäuschung!!

belle villa, mais il y a un manque de renouvellement du matériel. Par exemple, des lits double en 90, c'est bien Mais un drap unique comme pour un lit de 160, ce n'est pas très commode. Remplacer une baignoire par une douche de 70, cela fait petit. Le ménage n'est pas fait correctement. Je m'étonne qu'il n'y ait pas eu de ménage intermédiaire, prévu dans le loyer Le détecteur de fumée marche bien. L'alarme faisait des bips le premier soir, il a fallu changer la pile.

Seit Jahren eines unserer Urlaubsziele, frueher mit Kindern, nun mit unseren Hunden. Positiv: Gesicherte Anlage, grosses Haus, Garage fuer 2 Autos in der Villa, Whirlpool im umzaeuntenem Garten, grosse Terrasse und etliche Geschaefte ( Baecker, Gemuesehaendler, kleiner Supermarkt und vieles mehr) in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Negativ: Dusche und Wanne, eine absolute Katastrophe ( Dusche viel zu klein und Wanne Einsturzgefahr) Whirlpool koennte auch oefters mal kontrolliert werden.

Jolie location. Très bel emplacement. Jardin semi sécuriser le petit portillon ne ferme pas. La villa est jolie mais cela manquait de propreté. Beaucoup de poils de chien dans la maison. Dommage

Wir haben schon wiederholt in der Anlage Urlaub gemacht. Allerdings zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus. Es ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet und für Urlaub mit Familie sehr gut geeignet. Leider insgesamt nicht gut gereinigt. Auch das Geschirr mußte teils erst mal gespült werden. Die angekündigte Zwischenreinigung wurde auch nicht erbracht. WLAN grade noch akzeptabel, ca.Download 15, upload 0,5. Poolreinigung war leider unzureichend. Diese waren wir von Voraufenthalten viel besser gewohnt.

Wir zu fünft (2 Erwachsene mit drei kleinen Kindern à 3, 5 & 7 Jahren) eine Woche auf der Île St Martin verbracht. Das Haus ist absolut top und wir haben die Ferien genossen - schade, dass sie nach einer Woche bereits wieder vorüber waren...!

Wir warn nun bereits das 7. Mal au der Ile Saint Martin und werden wieder kommen. Es sind immer wieder unvergessliche Tage im Süden. Was ich Ihnen jetzt schreibe, brauchen Sie nicht zu veröffentlichen: Wir sind gewohnt professionellen VIP Service zu haben leider sind wir diesbezüglich sehr enttäuscht. Wir sind angekommen und mussten zu erst Pfannen sowie Geschirr waschen, so schmutzig war das. Wir wollten dies den XXX erklären aber er hat uns nicht zu gehört. Schade.
