"The Chelsea Suites is dirty with delabidated and falling apart slum like building and also very dirty environment that scared the ship out of me that I had to leave in a hurry for fear of my life.
I was so angry that they potrayed themselves as a 4 star hotel.
I wish to demand for the refund of my money as I didn't stay in that hotel for fear of my life.
That hotel is a fraud and I want hotel.com to take note of this."

"I had a terrible experience in the apartment , the management were not professional, the staff did not knock before they entered my room.
On the wabsite was free wifi and free breakfeast ,
the wifi didnt workand breakfest was serve for one person while the booking is for two adult,
the manager never answered the phone called her several times,
I moved 4 times from one to the other,
Air conditional was not working ,the room was unbearably hot which inevitably cause an invasion of mosquitos...
