"The space was very clean, staff very helpful especially at the reception desk. The options at the restaurant were wonderful. The grilled tilapia was delicious. I would definitely stay again."

"Great customer service"

"If you have any problems or need any help, just speak with Mr. Addo, the manager, and he'll do his best to help. They were great. Enjoy Spintex/Baatsoona!"

"I have stayed here on other occasions and never been disappointed with my stay. It is very consistent in the service provided and the room assigned. The staff is always very courteous and professional."

"Reception staff were awful at picking up the phone especially when calling from the room phone. We had to use our personal phone to call. The bed was nothing to talk about. "Rooms don't get cleaned up unless they have specific instructions. Even when they do, there are no guarantees that the room will be cleaned"
