"We had an amazing stay at your hotel apart the waiter at your restaurant was very unprofessional and treated us not too good and we had to leave the restaurant and had our dinner at the restaurant next door the Paragose at Argana so on our way back to the hotel complained to the hotel reception about his behaviour .other than this all the staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful I would recommend to anyone to stay there. Thanks Million.H"

"Excellent all round. Check in quick. Room excellent. Warm water shower. Patio. Big swimming pool but very cold; fine after 20 seconds of adapting to it. Decent gym with varied machines and free weights. Buffet breakfast with varied choices; bespoke omelette a highlight. Incredible value for money."

"The hotel as a property is excellent - recently refurbished and in great condition, clean, excellent layout, probably the biggest pool I've ever seen, lots of sunbeds, private beach area and a good gym. We didn't use the spa. The staff are excellent and attentive. "

"When we went to book the hotel on your website the text inferred breakfast was included but it wasn’t. The small print detail did show breakfast was not included but we did not notice this detail. This is misleading. The Breakfast was in a different building a few hundred meters away. It was principally Moroccan with little options for international visitors, even missing basics like Toast and ordinary bread. The quality of the buffet was poor. The Fridge made a racket like a tractor which affected our quality of sleep. A maintenance person tried to help but could not fix it. We turned off the breaker for same, sacrificing the milk for our tea. There were NO international or English channels on the TV - no BBC, CNN nada. The staff were nice, the room was clean and the basics were ok but on the whole we’d never stay there again. We do not understand why you give it a 4.9 rating - there are far superior hotels nearby. "

" The hotel is run down, our balcony door did not shut so noise and wind coming through at night. Shower door did not shut so bathroom was flooded with every shower. Sink had a crack in it, mirror backing was faded, tables in restaurant all rocked. The hotel photos are very deceiving. The fridge was arms distance from the bed. The good points are that the hotel was very clean and spotless. The staff were really nice and helpful. "
