"The hotel rooms were cleaned everyday only one problem i had was toilet broken not flushing ,apart from this its a lovely hotel great pool and internment the food was excellent enjoyed evermeal, a little disappointed about the free minibar i assumed we would get water each day"

"Great location opposite the beach, nice pool, buffet food was excellent (breakfast & evening meal). You can only drink bottled water which you have to pay for and is heavily marked up. Beer & drinks are really expensive, again heavily marked up. Smoking in the bars, restaurant patios and pool area was disgusting, I think they should ban smoking on the entire property."

"we booked 3 times same week with this property in general the property is nice not loud pool area really good.rooms could be a bit more cleaner floors felt dusty .if we wanted toilet tissues or something sorted would take ages to sort out.also we even booked directly with them at a higher rate for two single beds and pool view beds were joined together bacony had bugs everywhere.so room service good be better .only food service where we pay food came quick.also if you book 3 times in same week with same hotel you should give more of a good price or better room as standard not a higher price than booking partners."

"Very clean and spacious room with modern interior. Unfortunately, no normal bidet in the room. Was given 2 single bed instead of a double, as a couple this wasn't ideal at all. told at check in we'd get pool room only to end up with street view overlooking nothing. Breakfast selection very limited. However, they do give you extra chcoclate on pancake and breakfast staff were nice. Breakfast finishes at 11am which is great for late risers. There was no electricity for over 1 hour as maintenance was happening however, was told very last minute once the power outage already happened. Husband was in the toilet and couldn't flush or wash his hands."
