"Clean and comfortable. Good evening dining on site. Breakfast is a ten dollar voucher for a local Coffee shop that is a tenant in the hotel. Great coffee shop, not so good for hotel breakfast. Hotel permits smoking at the entrance into the property which is very uncomfortable. Perhaps move your smoking area elsewhere in the courtyard."

"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. The lobby was very modern and spacious. The room was easy to access and comfortable. The rooms could use updating, but it was clean and comfortable, with nothing broken. We needed to change rooms, and the staff made it happen quickly and conveniently. The bartender was a rockstar!. I didn't look at other amenities, so I cannot comment on the gym or pool, etc.; the internet was fast and consistent. I have been travelling to the Johnson City area for 30-40 years, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at there and will every time I am back."

"Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and very comfortable. Access great. Wifi signal was spotty but it was okay. Staff was very helpful and professional. They accommodated us great for late check in after . Will stay when we come again."
