The Little Farmhouse is just a short drive from the new Afton Mountain Tunnel and all the 151 breweries, cideries, and wineries the region has to offer!

The neighborhood is quiet and rural. 0.9 miles to Veritas, and ELEVEN wineries/breweries/distilleries within 5 miles! 15 mins to Humpback Rocks and Jack Albright Loop (plane crash site!). 1.5 miles to Afton Tunnel!

There are three keypad entry doors to the property.

This 1960’s cottage has been fully updated with modern farmhouse style. The upstairs is a completely open floor plan for entertaining your group, plus the basement is outfitted so the property can sleep 8. The laundry room contains a high capacity washer and dryer that can be quietly closed off from all the activity of the household. There’s even a separate gaming area in the basement if someone from your group wants to escape the rest of the activity. Also included are three smart TV’s, board games, ceiling fans, Keurig and regular coffee makers, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, and modern farmhouse decor. Complimentary wifi, toiletries, hairdryer, ironing board, and central heating and air conditioning.

Outside, there are peaceful views of the nearby woods, firewood is provided for the fire pit, and there is wraparound porch to the front and back so you can entertain outside. There is a cute little dining area out back if you enjoy dining outside.
