"You have to put your room key in the wall to make the air-conditioning work. We came home after a very warm day to a stifling hot hotel room. Other than that, everything was spectacular. Front desk called us a taxi. The terrace is beautiful!!!!"

"This hotel was truly a gem. It was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff was kind and generous. BUT, the area was very dodgy. The staff kindly assisted us with cabs to get us out of the area. That’s the only complaint. Honestly, I would stay there again. "

"The staff was incredibly kind and made our stay relaxing. Free valet parking made having the rental car easy! Free breakfast was a nice option. Very short walk into Vico for shopping and restaurants. Pool area and bar were great! Amazing views!! We didn’t take advantage of the shuttle to the sea club. "

"Hotel is beautiful. Staff are amazing and help at any request. We had a room with a sea view and the sunsets views are amazing. Has a car that takes you into town regularly so its location is no issue at all. Breakfast was perfect with large selection. Rooms are not large but believe standard for Italy. Only issue was the rooftop bar which is its highlight was closed twice for weddings - so if you have a short stay - be prepared to not have its amazing rooftop open. Otherwise an amazing hotel with no issues and beautiful views."
