"We stay 7 days at hotel…since very beginning everything looks ok…airport pick up an transfer to hotel…easy check in… Room was nice and big… We spent only 2 days at hotel pool and it was really nice and relaxing… Only comment about property is a rocky beach…which is a big disappointment for me… Highly recommend rent a car to use on island if you like to explore more and find sand beaches…. After all we had really nice experience "

"From the moment you walk into the foyer, you are warmly greeted by friendly faces and a welcome drink. Concierge take you and your bags to your room and the first walk around the hotel grounds are fantastic. The buildings are impressive, the whole place smells lovely and it just oozes luxury. The drinks are all labelled and plenty, the food choice at every meal is fantastic, a particular favourite was the Asian restaurant and the champagne bar is fantastic! We had a garden view room with pool, the bed was huge and very comfortable, the mini bar was refreshed regularly and absolutely nothing was too much for the lovely staff. We really did have an amazing holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to visit Rhodes"

"AC was not working on the first night however they did move us to another room thankfully only because of kids apparently. Was a little disappointed with the food choices. Unfortunate there was no external performance since you were the entertainment. Overall a passable stay. 6/10"

"Absolutely amazing, brilliant staff, food & hotel! We upgraded our room to a suite on arrival as the smaller rooms are pretty small & dark, definitely would do this on arrival it’s €25/30 a night. The only problem is the sunbeds. They get taken by 9am & staff removed belongings on random days which can be an issue, doesn’t seem to be enough sunbeds for the guests at the hotel. I couldn’t recommended the staff and food highly enough, will defo be returning!! "

"We are a family of 4 returning from a 5night stay at Mitsis Alila and had a great time. The facilities are are good and food in the al a carte restaurants were really delicious. The food at the buffet restaurant is a bit bland and boring but we were able to book the a la carte restaurants quite easily. The 1st night we were given a room near one of the adult bars which was noisy until about 2am but once we reported this to reception, they immediately changed our room and gave us a room upgrade which was really appreciated. Would definitely return here again in the future. "

"The best hotel we have ever stayed in so far. Walking around the hotel the grounds are beautiful, the room was lovely - we paid for the cheapest room and ended up with a gorgeous sea view! Food was the best. We went all inclusive and the lunch and snacks were like restaurant food, not your typical lunch buffet/quick snacks you normally get at an all inclusive. The breakfast was also very nice. The buffet dinner was good, but there wasn’t much variety of meat. We did only eat there one night though, so perhaps the variety was less limited other days. The room service breakfast was amazing. The room service and the mini bar was all completely free - which isn’t usually the case for many all inclusives, there’s usually a few extra charges. The drinks were proper drinks, very well made, not too weak or strong like most all inclusives do. Private beach with comfy sun loungers, sun loungers around the pool were comfy. There was a lot of pools to choose from and you could always get a sun bed. Complimentary beach bag and towels. Not much walkable outside of the hotel but both Rhodes town and Lindos are very easy and quick to get to by car or bus. Perfect hotel if you’re into your wood / neutral decor, love good food and drinks and relaxing. Would 100% recommend and we will be back. "
