Great views of Corsica

Accommodation was perfect with a wonderful view. Our only challenge was with the outside steps especially when it was wet but our host and hostess looked after us very well both on arrival and departure.

Un logement parfait pour 4

Je vais essayer de vous relater tout ce que moi j'aurais aimé savoir !En réservant, j'ai eu peur d'une arnaque étant donné que le paiement se fait directement via l'agence et que le prix me paraissait bas.J'ai alors été rassurée par l'agent immobilier directement.En arrivant, le logement était difficile à trouver mais Mathieu est venu nous chercher dans le village. La maison est vraiment comme sur les photos, avec une vue magnifique et surtout un calme absolu.Un petit kit de survie nous attend à notre arrivée : lavette, torchon, pastille lave vaisselle, pastille lave linge. Il y a aussi du sel, poivre et huile.Tout est bien équipé avec 2 transats, 2 parasols, tables et 4 chaises et salon de jardin aux abords de la piscine qui est sécurisée par une alarme. Le seul bémol de la maison est qu'elle n'est pas chauffée.La maison se situe à l'entrée d'afa, tout près d'Ajaccio. Sa situation est donc idéale pour être au calme mais proche de la ville commerçante et accueillante avec deux super restos: spaghetti 3 et via roma. A AFA, il y a 3 boulangeries (on adore "au bon pain"), une pharmacie, une boucherie et un spar ouvert tous les jours même fériés !!!La literie est excellente, et il y a des volets partout !!!! Les draps de lit et serviettes sont fournis.Il y a aussi une belle télévision et le wifi facile !La décoration est sobre, moderne et réfléchie avec goût.Enfin, Mathieu, le propriétaire est disponible et hyper sympa des meilleurs logements qu'on ait eu!!! Mooie Morderne Villa

We hebben genoten van het huis! Een huis helemaal van deze tijd met een prachtig zonnig terras, prima uitzicht, klein maar prima zwembad om in af te koelen en een huis met moderne facilititeiten en keurig onderhouden. Mathieu heeft ons warm welkom geheten en uitgezwaaid. We waren helemaal tevreden :)

Formidable!!!

Que dire … tout simplement génial. Belle situation quand on veut un peu de calme. Villa moderne, bien pensée avec du cachet. Belle vue et la piscine agréable pour se détendre en famille. Séjour vraiment inoubliable. Un nécessaire pour pouvoir démarrer les vacances avant d aller faire les courses est fourni et c est très appréciable. un très grand Merci à Monsieur Mathieu pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. À recommander.

Fantastisches Haus

Alles war so und bzw. noch besser als beschrieben. Herrliche Lage, toller Pool, schöne Ausstattung und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wenn man 6 Sterne vergeben könnte, würden wir es tun. Der Vermieter Mathieu ist extrem nett und charmant. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichskeiten ist im übrigen ein weiterer Vorteil.

Juste parfait!!

C’est sans nulle doute la location que nous avons préférée de tout notre séjour et dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis plus qu’à notre aise. Il n’y a aucune fausse note et c’est rare dans le monde de la location!! Mathieu est, qui plus est, très accueillant et soucieux de notre bien être. Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos échanges avec lui. Il a été de bons conseils. Si nous revenons, ça sera sans hésitation ici!

Superbe séjour hivernal

Décidés à passer un nouvel an hors du temps, nous voilà sur les hauteurs d'Ajaccio, à Afa. Mathieu est un hôte charmant et sympathique. Son accueil a été très amical. Que dire de la maison... Le calme absolu, exception faite des feux d'artifice du 31, minuit où toute la vallée que nous surplombions a été embrasée. Quel spectacle! La maison est très bien équipée par ailleurs et la literie est confortable. Même début janvier nous avons réussi à profiter de la terrasse pour un petit déjeuner à l'extérieur (pris sur le tard). Point de départ de quelques activités afin de découvrir les paysages corses l'hiver, tout aussi magnifiques que ceux de l'été. Nous recommandons sans hésiter Casa di Bà. Et nous remercions chaleureusement une nouvelle fois notre cher hôte pour son accueil. Merci.

très belle semaine dans la villa Casa di Ba

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à AFA dans la maison de Mr Savelli. La maison est très agréable à vivre, tournée vers le soleil du matin au soir, elle est très bien isolée et très bien équipée. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine vu la saison, mais à la belle saison, cela doit être divin. Sa situation géographique permet de rayonner dans la région, la mer est proche 15/20 minutes. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si l'occasion s'en présente, merci au propriétaire pour l'accueil (ainsi qu'à sa fille), et bonne continuation !

Belle villa décorée avec goût. Très agréable à vivre. Piscine appréciée pour se rafraîchir après les superbes visites. Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines dans cette maison entièrement équipée et agencée pour le confort de quatre personnes. Extrêmement bien localisée à 25 mn du centre d’Ajaccio en voiture dans un quartier très calme et tranquille, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue magnifique sur la montagne (et si vous regardez bien, vous pourrez même apercevoir la mer !). Mathieu a tout prévu pour que les vacances se passent très bien, et on peut dire que c’est réussi ! C’est un hôte très gentil et attentionné. Nous ne pouvons que recommander sa location même s’il serait tentant de garder ce genre de petit écrin pour soi… nous reviendrons !
