"We chose this place because it was close to the Giez golf club. Reception is closed between 12-16:00 and after 19:00 which is not convenient. We stayed 1 night only on ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. Place needs serious maintenance, no ventilation in bathroom and toilet, stuffy and there was mildewed smell. You have to make your own bedsheets. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. There was a heating dryer but worked only 2 minutes and stopped working. Fridge freezer door was missing and we bought milk, juice and some food for breakfast which froze everything!! There was an inner door and didn’t close properly we had to close the wooden door in front which makes the place feel Claustrophobic as the window was small. TV was a very small seems like a 14” monitor. Sofa had no cushions which was really uncomfortable to sit. Looks dirty. The departure instructions require us to take out our own garbage, take out all our used linen, towels, clean dishes and the floor. Towels were really old and doesn’t dry properly. Definitely not worth staying there again. One night seem too long. Positive point was the bathroom, tub seems new and water pressure is good. "
