"(Traveled beginning of MAY) I feel the previous reviews were misleading. However this place could be awesome. I will start with the good. Locations was good ( you need a car) taxis are expensive and walking into town is 30mins with no sidewalks. Otherwise its a 7min drive to town. We were able to find a car company that delivered us a car and pick it up at the Ferry Port (Surprise Car Rental). We were met by a nice lady to let us into the unit. Patio was nice and we enjoyed the private beach....

"I cannot say enough good things about this property and the host! The Villa was simply gorgeous… and immaculate, comfortable, and with all the modern conveniences. Our group of seven had places to gather and places to get away from each other ;). Our host was very helpful and responsive. The island itself was beautiful and charming and not too busy. The nearby beach was just perfect. I would highly recommend; we hope to return next year."

"Beautiful peaceful oasis. Nicoletta was extremely helpful during check in and provided very prompt responses to my enquires. She also offered advice regarding car rental options making our stay hassle free. The beach is a short 15 minute walk. "Apartment is 3 rooms on 3 floors, separated by steep stairs (ladders, really). This apartment is not for those with mobility issues as the stairs are tough to navigate. "My daughter and I stayed at Aether Suite for her Senior Spring Break Vacation. The concierge service was quite helpful and readily available with immediate response. The breakfast every morning was wonderful and kept us satisfied mostly until dinner time. The location is conveniently located along the trail from Fira to Oia which made for a beautiful run in the morning."

"This was such a great place to stay. About 50 yard walk to the sandy beach and the town with shops and restaurants is maybe another 100 yds. Great view and pool was really nice.
