" ⸻ A Five-Star Experience Beyond Compare – Thank You from the Pichardo Family As a family that travels extensively around the world—from France, Italy, and Lake Como to Spain, Mallorca, and top destinations across the U.S. like Key West and Disney—we’ve experienced our share of luxury hotels and five-star service. But nothing has come close to the level of care, attention, and warmth we received at the Mykonos Grand Hotel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The staff greeted us warmly—offering drinks, candy, and chocolates to our daughters—and personally introduced us to the resort’s amenities and activities. It wasn’t just us; every guest walking through those doors received the same exceptional welcome and service. Our ocean-view room was breathtaking, complete with a beautiful balcony and luxurious outdoor furniture that let us enjoy the views of the hills, the sea, and the stunning pool area. The service throughout—from the lunch and dinner teams, to the breakfast staff, the pool and beach team, and even the beachside food delivery staff—was flawless. Every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. A special highlight was the spa experience. My wife and I, along with our daughters, had massages two days in a row—and we all agreed they were the best massages we’ve ever had, and we’ve had many around the world. The spa team was outstanding !! "

"Exceptional! We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay! From the moment we were picked up from the ferry port (a very well spent extra €40), warmly welcomed on arrival, to check out, everything in between was wonderful. Our room was immaculate with a gorgeous view from the big balcony & a beautiful shower. The pool is fantastic, we loved the sunloungers that were sat right on top of the water. There were always fresh towels on hand. Showers near the pool with all the toiletries you could imagine so you don’t even need to go back to your room. The included breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. The staff are amazing! Eva & Chris are the hotel managers & honestly, I never NOT saw them around, either doing grunt work (clearing tables) or just talking to guests & helping them out. They say they are “at our disposal” & you can believe they mean it. The other staff are also wonderful! Always friendly & accommodating. The cleaning staff are always around too, keeping the grounds spotless. In terms of location, we enjoyed being out of town a little & away from the crowds - the views over town are worth it! But getting around is pretty easy. You receive a mobile phone on arrival & you can call reception anytime & they will organise a pick up for you. One way from town is €30, we paid €40 to get home one night from Paradise Beach. The local buses are great too, just a bit more effort (walk down to Ornos to get bus into town then back out to other beaches if that’s what you want)."
