Easy check in, staff were super helpful. Room was a great size, clean and nice and bright. Struggled to get the app to connect to my Expedia booking to control all the mod-cons but it wasn't critical - I could still use the TV remote the old fashioned way! Except breakfast everything else was terrible. Pool to hotel management. property itself was dated.

Crescent Place by Mansley
Amazing location. Great room. Only issue was the milk in the fridge was off. Nice touch of providing teas etc and milk. But please check expiry date next time. Also please add clearer instructions for pre booking the parking space. Thanks

Apartments were okay but booking through Hotels.com was a disaster. I booked using Tesco vouchers but the vouchers didn't go through at my first attempt. I then cancelled and rebooked immediately checking with George apartments that this was okay. They said it was but both payments were processed ...
