"The welcome, the stay, the room, and the staff were excellent. I did not appreciate the fluctuation of the nightly price if the room. My friend who booked a room for the same nights had a lower price per night. If we had walked in the door to book the room, the price would have been lower yet again"

"The staff very nice and friendly. The food served at the restaurant is okay. The bathrooms need some upgrades and cleaning. I requested a shuttle from the airport in advance but nobody came to pick me up. Internet was not working in my room so I got upgraded to another room where the Internet was working but unstable (I had hard time working remotely from my room). We had power outage multiple times. The hotel does have a generator but whenever the building switched to using the generator, my room remained without power and I had to call the staff each time to fix the issue."
