"The company falsely advertised the Loxwood hotel on the website. The hotel that was advertise is located about 2 blocks away from the hotel and it's called The Gallery. I can't imagine how many other guests who thought that they were paying for the Loxwood and ended up paying for a different hotel called The Gallery. When I discovered the issue, I immediately notified the website and host. When the issue was revealed the host attempted to deflect what I had discovered. I can provide receipts...

"The property owner is very responsive, but the site manager/attendant is very exceptional and very much available when needed. He ensures that the place is clean and regularly checks the safety fence and the alarm system to make sure they are functioning well. I will stay here again on my next trip and would recommend it to anybody looking for a place for a short stay"
