"Lovely oasis in the city, this hotel had much more character than a big chain. Exceptional service, by staff and very well maintained. Even received an upgrade to room with a huge balcony without asking. Would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent amenities and we loved how hospitable the staff was, except for the nighttime receptionist. We were there for 4 nights and he was very unwelcoming on two or three encounters. I wish there was an option for self-park, but the valet attendants worked very hard to make sure you got your car on time."

"Location was perfect for attending a concert at the Anthem. The hotel was nice and room was well kept. We did get there after 4 with possible check-in time of 3 and were told our room wasn't ready. But our wait to get in was short. Staff was my pleasant and kind."
