"Very nice place on the beach within walking distance to anything you may need. Our rooms were upgraded to the apartment upon arrival. The ladies at the front desk were awesome. Very kind and easy to work with. It is a Very nice and spacious accommodation. We also elected the breakfast and dinner option here. "We had a room overlooking the pool, with a balcony, which was excellent. We enjoyed the random board games scattered around the property as well as the pool table. The food at the restaurant is delicious and affordable. It was very easy to find parking on the side streets. The location is a short walk to the beach, loads of restaurants and shops. Excellent location, quiet yet close to everything. Finally, the staff is wonderful. "

Great hotel in Rethymno

"Lovely hotel in Rethymno. The service was good and very helpful. There was plenty of options for food and drink in the all-inclusive package, I'd highly recommend. They had some entertainment on at 9pm pretty much every day but there wasn't much else other than that. We stayed in the suite and it was wonderful for a couple's one week holiday. It's only five minutes to the beach which was nice an easy."

"Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. "

"Beautiful hotel and service was fantastic in every part of the hotel except for the buffet. There were a lot of staff but always had to call someone to the table to either get a drink or set the table. Also, ordered drinks that never came. This happened on multiple occasions. Other than that, the hotel service was impeccable. I would highly recommend. "
