The Bay Beach House - with the ultimate view and privacy

A single storey elevated property located 4 metres above the Lower Esplanade providing fantastic views and most importantly privacy. The house is stand alone on a large block of around 1600 square metres. Fully renovated in 2019 to a exceptionally high standard.

This is a superb property in a sensational location. One of the best locations for the Tour Down Under.

A sensationally appointed kitchen fitted with Miele appliances featuring 2 convection ovens, steamer/microwave, warming drawer, induction cook-top and a large integrated fridge/freezer.

It's a beautiful modern home with all the things you need for a relaxing holiday. It's in a great location, the view from the front is stunning. My only suggestions are I would of liked a top sheet on the bed and I would of preferred larger non bleached stained towels, but in saying that I would definitely stay here again.

3 generations of our family gathered at the Bay Beach House for a 5 day Pre Christmas holiday. We had a fabulous time. The beach setting was perfection; watching the glorious sunset at the end of each day as well as swimming, running and exploring the local area. It was also good to be at the quieter end of the beach.The home is well equipped with top level appliances and beautifully decorated. It also has a very well stocked kitchen and generous space. It suited our every need.Thanks Mark!

Fabulous well appointed luxury holiday home with great location and exquisite sunset views. This home was a wonderful venue for our pre-christmas family reunion. We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s property. We could hear that sound of the waves from bed and woke up to a stunning view every morning. Just a short walk to all the local cafes and restaurants- Silver Sands beach club was amazing! Mark was very responsive and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay again.
