Nestled with views over a tranquil dam, this tiny home is conveniently located near the culinary gems of Yuki in the Hills and Comida in Hahndorf, just a short drive from the vineyards of Hahndorf Hill Winery. Perfect for exploring nearby Mount Barker and the wildlife at Warrawong Sanctuary, or taking a scenic trip to historic Strathalbyn, this farm stay offers a delightful mix of natural beauty and local attractions.
A comfortable, 139-square-foot tiny with abundant natural bushland, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

By Public Transport:

- Bus: From Mount Barker, use the bus services heading to Lobethal or Woodside.
- Taxi: Taxi services, such as Mt Barker Taxi, are available from Mount Barker to complete the journey to Lenswood.
By Flight:
- For those flying in, Adelaide Airport is the nearest airport, about a 50-minute drive from Lenswood.
Other Things to Note:
- Wifi is not available
- Smoking is allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Mobile reception has good signals for Telstra; Weak signals for the rest
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/property
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Please avoid entering the orchard trees unless specified; stick to the designated tracks for safety
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Be aware of potential noise from orchard activities, such as tractor work, mowing, spraying, and occasional bird-scare equipment

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
