Perfectly located - Wayville is a quiet suburb with wide tree lined streets The Adelaide tram way is just a short walk and the first stop out of the city. The Tram goes to Central Markets, Adelaide Oval, Entertainment Centre, Rundle Mall, Royal Adelaide Hospital. The Wayville Sunday Markets, Gillies in the Grounds and King William Road Restaurants and local supermarket are a short walk.

This apartment is fitted with comfortable furnishings for a pleasurable holiday experience. The ottoman in the lounge room folds out to a comfortable single bed. The Apartment is at street level and overlooks a beautiful rose garden. There is an outdoor cafe table and chairs. The living area has a comfy lounge and 4 person dining suite. A beautiful separate bedroom has a queen size 4 poster bed fitted with quality quilt, linen sheets. The bathroom has a shower and soaking bath and combines a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
