This is our 2nd stay at Marcus’ rental unit at Fern Ave . We felt so much at home with all the facilities that come along with it. Highly recommended for those visiting Adelaide and requiring temporary accommodation.

Welcome pack was stunning and pantry was very well stocked. Loved having great wifi and Netflix. Property was very well equipped. One of the best place we have stayed at. Recommend without hesitation.

We stayed for 9 weeks at this house in Fullerton. It is in a great location, only a few kilometres to the city. The place itself is cozy. Great kitchen with everything you need, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom with an amazing shower, washer/dryer and undercover parking. Definitely worth every penny.

A wonderful welcome note with all the information you need welcomes you! After a while you realize the generous basket full of good chocolate, fruits, jams waiting gor you to enjoy.. When you find out the chilled wine in the refrigirator you know this is a good choice for spending a nice time in Adelaide. Highly recommended..Good neighbourhood, cosy bedroom, and a very responsive host..

We loved our stay. Just like staying at home. Comfy and welcoming. The host provided a welcome basket that meant we didn’t have to race to the shops after arriving late Friday night. And a very generous welcome basket it was. Such touches are rare and much appreciated. A quiet street, no noise, a bus up the road if PT is required. Thanks, it was great and highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay, the property was comfortable and well looked after. The welcome basket was a hit! A nice neighbourhood and we were close to family and friends. Split system air conditioners and ceiling fans would be great in the bedrooms, we did have a couple of uncomfortable nights. The air conditioner in the main areas worked well. Over all we thoroughly anjoyed our stay.

Marcus's unit is in a great location, handy to every thing. It very equipped and very comfortable. Marcus was a very considerate in allowing us to stay a couple of extra days so we did not have to move into our new home in a rush. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone needing a home away from home for a few weeks. Thanks Marcus.

Ah just lovely! The apartment/house was exactly as listed. Super clean and welcoming. Marcus is very kind and understanding of the demands of long travel & long stays. Amazingly folded sheets/linen. Fab location across from beautiful park and friendly community garden. Easy bus route to town on Duthy St with easy parking at the house. Really happy with our stay! Thank you
