Summary:
Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Absolute beachfront upstairs 2 bedroom unit with full ocean views from the relaxing balcony, Kitchen, main bedroom and lounge area. Under cover car parking for 1 car, main bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom a double bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge, Nespresso Coffee machine. Lounge area with a smart TV, free wifi. The balcony has an outdoor dining setting and there is an indoor dining setting also.

The Space:
Coastal beachside getaway, with comfortable beds, lovely linen, Sheridan towels and beach towels for use.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a cul de Sac, very safe and quiet neighborhood, we do ask you respect the neighbors and turn down music by 10.30pm.
Please do not climb on the sand dunes or over the fence out the front. Beach access if 10 metres to the right of the unit. Point Malcolm reserve is a 10 minute walk and has basketball court, tennis courts, playground, bbq facilities, Semaphore Surf club is open for meals on Thursday and Friday night and is on the base of the reserve. Open for drinks on Saturday and Sunday from 4-7pm.

Getting Around:
bus access is from Military Road a 3 minute walk and takes you to West Lakes then onto the CBD.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available from 7am - 9pm daily if you wish to speak to us. We offer self check in from 2pm onwards and send a check in message on the morning of your arrival.

Beautiful apartment by the beach

The property was recently renovated, very clean and well equipped with thoughtful inclusions. Air cond worked well and communication with the property manager was excellent. Great location by the beach.

Easter Holiday

We booked here to have a relaxing Easter Holiday and we love staying at places with ocean views, and this place did not disappoint! Beautiful clean apartment with the best view, we enjoyed watching a seal travel past every morning. We loved how close it was to the beach and a short walk to a playground, where we took our three year old.Sonya is a fantastic host, very prompt with all communications, thank you Sonya! Hopefully we will be back again.

Best seat in the house

fabulous view, everything you need and clean, clean, clean. We loved watching the ocean from the apartment, and walking on it several times a day. Sunsets were a treat. Lovely option.

A beautiful view

As soon as you walk into the front door you are greeted with the most amazing view. We used this as a getting ready venue for the groom and the groomsmen for our wedding and it was perfect. Being right on the beach we got the most amazing photos. The unit was clean and tidy, location was brilliant and the beds extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone. Thanks for the great stay!
