Description:
A modern bright apartment privately located in the secure South Eastern precinct of Adelaide city within walking distance of vibrant Hutt Street filled with well-known cafes, restaurants and pubs like Chianti, Goodlife Modern Organic Pizza, House of Chow and more.

Hutt Street is one of Adelaide's leading 'eat streets' located on the edge of the city centre commonly known as Rundle Mall.

The Space:
This newly refurbished 3 bedrooms apartment has a master bedroom with en-suite, built-in wardrobe with mirror, King size bed and enry to rear balcony.

Bedroom 2 offers Queen size bed and built-in wardrobe with mirror, and bedroom 3 hosts a Double bed.

The 2nd bathroom features toilet, bath, shower with laundry facilities such as 8KG washing machine & dryer and washing liquid for our guest’s convenience.

The kitchen has dishwasher with all cooking utensils and more this apartment can offer. The apartment also has a spacious open plan living space with reverse cycle air-conditioning, 55” smart TV, a private balcony and a secure underground car park.

Trouble free booking and great flexibility from Shiva. With the scooters available in Adelaide now, this is the perfect property to stay at due to its CBD location but not being right in the hustle and bustle. There is an awesome Coopers Alehouse on the corner that provide amazing meals and a great range of cafes nearby.

Shiva & Fraser were excellent hosts, making the booking & check-in process a breeze and very responsive with communications. The apartment was spotless and everything is up to date with good quality towels/linen. A pleasure to stay in. Location is perfect with easy walking access to the CBD, Central Market and parklands.
