"I stayed two nights at the Mayfair Hotel in Adelaide in late January, and overall, my experience was mostly positive. The location is fantastic, right at the top of Rundle Mall, and a short walk or free tram ride to Adelaide Central Market. The Luxury King Room was comfortable with a lovely bed and a great bath. I stayed on a high floor in a quiet corner, keeping street noise to a minimum. I did hear frequent door slamming and other noise from within the hotel which may just be the heritage...

"Great location as we could walk everything. Reception was very nice and we had a very spacious room. The only thing I would criticise is a freezing pool. The jacuzzi was warm though. We had to leave very early so I can’t comment on the breakfast. Would stay there again. "

Another excellent, comfortable bar inside the hotel. Great dining facilities on the mezzanine level. Hotel is conveniently located to most places in the city.
