- Cozy duplex located in Playa Paraiso, in a luxury residential complex south of Adeje.
Direct access to the apartment with no stairs.
The apartment has two floors; the main floor features one bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large 25-square-meter terrace where you can enjoy 4 wonderful views of the ocean and the pools.
The lower level features a large living room divided by a partition wall that provides some privacy for a bedroom with two single beds; on the other side of the partition is a double sleeper sofa. This level also has a bathroom with a shower and direct access to the residential complex.
