Three week stay

Really pleasant, spacious apartment with excellent balcony. Yes, it’s uphill with a number of steps but we were in no hurry and just took our time - we’re both in our seventies. We have booked again for next year but for four weeks this time. The one thing I would appreciate would be a full size ironing board rather than a table top one. Already looking forward to next years holiday.

Comfortable with everything you need. Walking distance to all amenities. 2 pools close to apartment. Vera was always quick if you needed to send messages about anything. A great hosts Lovely apartment.

We had an amazing 3 weeks here. Brilliant location - far enough away from the busy areas but close to everything we needed. Kids didn’t moan once about the distance. The kids scooter came in handy too. Great communication with owner.

Pleasant property in a quiet location

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment had everything we needed apart from there were only 2 sunbeds for 4 people. The pool area could do with a bit of tlc and be warned that here are 48 steps up to the apartment. We used the car during the day but taxis are easy to flag down on the main road near the apartment. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay here again to the apartment

Great apartment for location and a relaxing holiday. Vera communicated the instructions from the booking very well. Tenerife is hilly but this Apartment was in a good action. Short walk to beach fronts. Would definitely recommend

One week stay

The property was clean, with excellent air conditioning, rooms were spacious and having 2 bathrooms was brilliant, the terrace was large but could do with some more umbrella's or an awning as it got very hot in the sun with no shade available. It was very hilly but the cabs were reasonably priced so coming home was no problem, the property was good value.

Good apartment

The apartment was excellently equipped with all you would need for a comfortable stay.The patio gets sun most of the day but needs a bench cushion underneath the lounge window.If climbing steps is a problem not ideal but the location is very safe and a swimming pool is just around the corner.We found the mattress in the main bedroom is hard and could do with a mattress “topper” but overall I would stay here again

Great apartment !!

Home from home, everything you need for your stay. Sun all day on the terrace. Very quiet complex with English supermarket at the front (2 mins). A short walk will take you to a few bars and eateries. Good communication with the owner Vera and her assistant Vicktoria met us at the gate to show us around. We will definitely return .

The property needs an internal face lift. All the facilities need up dating, walls bedroom, living room and bathroom furniture, bedding, dishes to towels. I wish I stayed somewhere else.

Couple of issues with the electrics which were sorted promptly, other than that good. The location means every journey starts down hill & finishes up hill. If that is not an issue enjoy the sunny balcony & good proximity to everything.

Rondevous confusion

Title of rendezvous misleading should of been appartementos haciendas IV , would of liked pillow and mattress protector, fitted sheets for the beds elastic had stretched so was in a ball every morning so we're lay on mattress, Curtains in main bedroom not wide enough for total privacy, TV too small we don't normally watch tv but I myself was ill the first week, Viktoria our host was lovely,lots of steps but apart from this we would stop here again,bars shops and restaurants near by

The apartment itself met our needs and had a fantastic terrace with great views. However, the apartment had not been cleaned after home improvements prior to our arrival, this was a real shame. There is still a little tlc required in the apartment to bring it up to what could be a great apartment.

Lovely winter break with friends

Property is as described in the listing, a good size for two couples travelling together. We particularly enjoyed the sun trap of a balcony. In addition to the description we were surprised to have full uk tv channels available, useful for a quick catch up on news at home ! The only issue we had was a bright light outside the front bedroom illuminating the room all night through the curtains, a bit of imagination and we managed to resolve this blue peter style but some thicker curtains would be useful as the light is needed to illuminate the steps in the complex. Overall a lovely break in the area we selected as we were already familiar with it.

Super apartment

We had the best holiday. Communication with Vera right from time of booking was excellent. There were clear directions of how to get to the villa and it was only a short drive from the airport. The taxi cost 30 euros from the airport. The apartment was great. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is well situated. There is a supermarket and English deli just a few mins walk away. A pleasant 10 min walk will take you down to the beach. There is a great outdoor space with comfy sun loungers and it is a sun trap from mid day for the rest of the day. The pool is literally a few steps from the front door and during our stay we more or less had the pool to ourselves. A 20 min walk will take you into Las Americas or to Siam Mall shopping centre but if you dont fancy a walk, taxis are readily available. All in all we had a super holiday and would not hesitate to return.

Wonderful apartment - a real home from home

First time booking with Vrbo and it was made really easy by the host, Vera. The apartment was a very good price and looked fabulous online, with plenty of photos. Vera was very responsive to questions before & after booking. The apartment was very spacious, clean & modern. It really did have everything - fully stocked kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms were lovely (we had twin bed set up in one room) and the main bathroom was lovely. The bath was huge - didn't use as a bath but we could have fit in the 4 of us! The shower was very nice. Plenty of storage in bedrooms and main bathroom and towels provided for bathroom and beach towels. The open plan kitchen and lounge was very clean, light & airy. There was a good selection of books available to borrow. We were surprised to find the tv had main English channels plus Netflix, Amazon Prime & YouTube, which was great for the kids. The outside area was lovely & large with table & chairs & 2 loungers & some inflatables to use in the pool. There were 2 pools right near to the apartment with waterfalls. Both were lovely & had plenty of sunloungers. There was a larger pool at the adjacent complex which we were able to use (same code on gate to gain access), with reception, wifi zone, toilets & drinks/ice-creams sold. As it states in the listing, there are a number of stairs to the property so not good for people with mobility problems. Overall, we had a wonderful time - throughly recommend!

Cute space in lovely complex

Before our trip Vera was quick and easy to communicate with through this site. On the positive side of our 13 day stay we enjoyed the space, it had a lovely flow with a great outdoor patio with sea view; beautiful in the evening! The size was just right for our family (3 adults and 2 little ones) for this length of time. The kitchen had all the basics and it was really kind for Vera's contacts out there to buy essentials for our arrival. There were lots of stairs to get to the apartment which did not bother us, we loved the exercise, along with the perfect, little pool literally outside the door of the apartment. Great location for us and not too far from beach and some decent restaurants. The complex was also quiet at night which was just what we needed! We felt the following things need to be looked at if we were to stay there with little ones for that length of time again. The second, small shower and toilet had no extractor fan and the smell of sewage was pretty overwhelming at points. There were no fans or air conditioning so when the weather was humid (most of our stay) it was pretty warm and a little uncomfy at times. The apartment would benefit from a thorough deep clean. We have little kids and like a very clean space. Not everyone worries too much about his obviously! The contacts out in Tenerife who were meant to meet us at the apartment from the airport provided us with unclear directions to the meeting point which was actually not outside the apartments but in a car park near by and then did not bring their phone to the meeting point. It took us over 50 minutes to find the man and had to wait with our little ones at 11.00 at night outside the wrong apartments before he finally picked us up with all our luggage. Our advice would be if you arrive at the airport get very clear directions! We had no other concern during our stay.
