Incredible apartment completely renovated and decorated with taste in the center of Playa de Las Américas. It has everything you need to enjoy a fantastic holiday.
With just a walk you can enjoy the great beach of Bobo and many entertainment venues.
The complex has a heated pool and 24-hour surveillance, as well as free parking.
On the other hand, outside of it, you can enjoy our Canarian food at the Carlos restaurant that has been serving its customers since 1986. It has supermarkets just 100 meters away and all kinds of shops.
From its terrace you can enjoy the views of both the sea and the pool. It has Wi-Fi Internet connection, smart TV and international channels.

Great central flat

Great one bedroom flat, far enough away from noise and busy areas but 5 mins walk away from the beach and restaurants. 2 pools are available for the residents which are very chilled. The flat is very clean and well organised. Beds are comfortable, great washing machine, and well laid out kitchen. The outside balcony was well used by us. Overall the photo's online don't do it justice. Vanessa was great host communicating and left us a lovely welcome pack. The bus station is a 2 min walk from the rear of the apartment which allows access to the rest of the island.

Fijn appartement

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Appartement is schoon, licht en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Beddengoed en handdoeken fris gewassen. Fijn zitje op balkon met uitzicht. Ligging van het gebouw is zeer centraal. De drukke weg is wel duidelijk hoorbaar, maar niet echt storend. Terrein bij het zwembad is lekker rustig, met voldoende bedjes en genoeg ruimte. Hou wel rekening met de vuilniswagen; deze komt ‘s nachts rond 04.00 uur de bakken op de parkeerplaats legen. In- en uitchecken is prima geregeld. De informatie van Vanessa is heel duidelijk. Ze is zeer attent en reageert meteen op vragen en opmerkingen. Kortom: heel fijn appartement. Dankjewel Vanessa, we hebben het erg leuk gehad.

Super séjour

Appartement très bien situé, très propre.Nous avons apprécié la bouteille , la corbeille de fruits et gâteaux à notre arrivée Contact avec Vanessa très facile Merci pour tout Juste une remarque, il manque une plus grande poêle.
