The 260 mts villa has 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and it migth host 6 persons having the chooice of adding a divan-bed by talking in advanced with the owner. Being able to increase to 7, putting an extra folding bed for children.You can also put a folding bed for children.

Upstairs a huge hall in the first floor welcomes you to the main suite. It`s offers you a king size bed 2 by 2, a chimney , a satelite tv , a divan-bed, a desk , and a safe deposit box. The bathroom equipped with a double shower area, a jacuzzi ,bidet, two sinks .
A beautiful landscape of the local area might be seen through the suite balcony.In the master bedroom, just above the bed there is a transparent roof where you can see the blue sky.
Hair dryer, and all the neccesary items which gives you the welcome.

IIn the same floor the second bedroom has 2 beds offering you the chance to unify them..In this room you can put an extra bed for a child at the client's request.
A complete bathroom (shower,bidet,wc.) is next to it.On the roof, there is a skylight to see the stars at night.

A cristal roof that illumiates the stairs leads you to the low level.
The full equipped kitchen ( microwave,over,kettle,toaster,cooking area,cofee maker LÓR and utensils) the dinning room and the living room are join in an open concept area.

In that level we can find the 3rd bedroom,2,beds,followed by another bathroom totally equipped, (shower,bidet,wc.)
The furnished terrace located to the south, with BBQ and also the huge heated pool offers you marvellous views of the town and the altlantic ocean . 2 cars parking ,wifi .
