The Space:

Benimar 13 – Two Bedroom is located in a peaceful residential area of Costa Adeje in Tenerife. It offers easy access to excellent restaurants and bars, with Playa Fanabe and the upscale Del Duque area within walking distance. The triple balcony provides a delightful view of the pool and comes furnished with a patio table, 6 chairs, and a sun lounger, along with a convenient sun awning for shade.



As you step inside, one set of patio doors leads you to the comfortably furnished lounge, featuring a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, a wifi internet router, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, boasting an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster. Additionally, there is a separate utility room housing a washing machine, iron and board, and a water heater.



The master bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and fitted wardrobes. Adjoining this bedroom is an ensuite bathroom featuring a circular bath with a shower above, a wash hand basin with a mirror, a bidet, and a WC. Patio doors open onto the balcony, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.



The second bedroom also offers access to the balcony through patio doors and comprises two single beds, bedside tables with lamps, and fitted wardrobes. A wall-mounted flat-screen TV with English and international channels is provided for entertainment. The second bathroom includes a shower, wash hand basin with a mirror, and a WC.



This apartment is suitable for individuals with mobility issues, as it is conveniently located on the ground floor upon entering the front door. However, please note that the balcony is situated one level above the pool. The entire apartment is laid out on a single level, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility.
