Duplex apartment ideal for 2 to 4 people.
The residence has 2 large swimming pools, one of which is heated, and 2 pools for children.
You can also enjoy the bar / restaurant and its excellent value for money.

In the apartment, on the ground floor: 1 living room with TV, a bluetooth sound bar, a beautiful sun terrace with a blind, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom.
Upstairs: a second terrace with small outdoor sofa and small table. Sea view from this terrace. One bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.

The whole was renovated in August 2018 and all the kitchen equipment is new.
The residence is closed, monitored 24/7 by a caretaker.

Apartment is duplex, very good location, lots of space, sea view on upper floor balcony, big lcd tv with soundbar, kitchen had everything for cooking even dishwasher was there, everything was very good. Except Queen bed was too hard to sleep on and swiming pool was too cold to swim in December. Sea was warmer than upper swimming pool which was stated that is heated? Lower big pool was very cold to swim in. I give it 4 of 5 stars. Property is very recommended :)

Wonderful and well located little resort perfect for families
We were a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. This resort had three pools, and lots of places for suntanning and walking nearby. Well located in Costa Adeje near all sorts of activities, restaurants, hikes and excursions. The apartment we shared was well organized on two floors. Kitchen was a bit small if one cooks a lot, shower on upper floor was a tad complicated, but the apartment had everything we needed. The views from three balconies on the 2 floors were fantastic! Highly recommend!!

Just returned from 8 days in this apartment in a gated complex. This is our 3rd time staying in this complex although the last time was 5 years ago but I was so pleased that nothing has changed it was brilliant! First time in this apartment and it has absolutely everything you could need. Communication from Frederico was excellent. Most of the time we ate at the small restaurant by the pool as it was such good value and lovely food. It’s an excellent location for Siam Park which we went to a couple of times. There is also a Lidl about 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend and come to this apartment again.

Avant notre départ nous avons déjà reçu un petit manuel qui explique tout sur l’appartement, l’accueil, le séjour et les accommodations par Frédéric. Prachtig appartement en erg mooi complex
Prima appartement. Alleen de koelkast wast kapot. Dit is niet opgelost tijdens het verblijf. Contact met VRBO is echt slecht. Ze reageren niet en komen afspraken niet na. Eigenaar reageerde daarentegen redelijk vlot. Kwam helaas niet met een passende oplossing voor de koelkast.

Très bel appartement dans résidence agréable, bien entretenue. L'appartement bien agencé et super grand est très bien situé pour les visites. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le propriétaire et Valentina sont très réactifs et très agréables, je recommande sans hésitation.

Un très bon séjour
Hébergement de tres bonne qualité, propre, spacieux,fonctionnel avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Les piscines sont très sympas. Le nord de l’île est beaucoup plus verdoyant avec un climat plus frais. Très bon séjour, appartement très bien, je recommande fortement.

Toller Urlaub!
Die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber war einwandfrei. Die Lage ist auch genial, da ruhige Lage, saubere Anlage, Pool in direkter Lage, und man hat alles, was man/frau braucht in nächster Umgebung.Die Ausstattung ist gut, selbst eine Waschmachine ist vorhanden. Das Appartement ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber als wir meldeten, dass sie Tür in der oberen Etage nicht schließt, wurde sofort Maßnahme ergriffen und der Schaden wurde sofort behoben. Wir sind sehr begeistert und ich würde jederzeit nochmal hier Urlaub verbringen.wir blicken auf eine supertolle Zeit in Teneriffa zurück. Danke an den Gastgeber!

Vacances du 19/08 au 02/09/2023 : L’appartement est lumineux, propre et confortable. Les équipements proposés sont conformes à la description. L’accueil de notre hôte, Valentina, très satisfaisant malgré la « barrière » de la langue. Le gros plus : le complexe des piscines aux portes de l’appartement. Je recommande vivement ce logement !! Schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Apartment
Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen in der Anlage und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Carmen hat einwandfrei funktioniert und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und sagen vielen lieben Dank.

Sehr schönes Appartment
Es hat uns sehr gefallen, tolle Wohnung, tolle Poolanlage und gut gelegen. In 5 Minuten ist man am Meer mit einer beeindruckenden Landschaft. Es gibt hier auch direkt Restaurants und Shops. Baden ist bei Ebbe super möglich. Etwas felsig und steinig aber das ist ja so in Teneriffa. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett. Vielen Dank.

Schöner Familienurlaub
Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit als Familie. Die Wohnung ist genau, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Da es 3 Pools gibt ist der Pool nie überfüllt. Das einzige was ein bisschen gestört hat ist eine Hotelanlage in der Nähe die jeden Abend bis 23 Uhr laut Musik spielt. Für unser Kind haben wir ein Reisebett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Am Abreisetag durften wir länger in der Wohnung bleiben weil unser Flug erst Nachmittags ging. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub Danke

Schöne Anlage!
Das Apartment und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr schön und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Poolbereich und die Poolbar sind hervorragend. Man kann dort auch sehr gut essen! Die Security- und Kamera-Überwachung war allerdings von uns nicht erwartet und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir verbrachten 8 Wochen in der Wohnung und waren sehr zufrieden. Zwei kleinere Mängel waren : Die Duschtasse im Obergeschoss ist zu klein (bei jeder Dusche schwimmt das Bad) und im Wohnzimmer wären zwei Barhocker ideal ( zum Frühstücken bei kühleren Temperaturen) . Der Besitzer ist immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Auch Carmen, die Haushälterin ist sehr verlässlich. Alles von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat sehr gut geklappt! Danke für die schöne Zeit in Adeje Paradise Klaus und Ingrid aus Österreich
