Staff is amazing! They upgraded me to better room, brought hot water and tea when my daughter wasn’t feeling well and responded to all of our needs. More importantly, they stored our luggage when we went to Kenya and when we returned they kindly brought the tb the airport and waited because security wouldn’t allow to go out and get it. We had to fly to London without it and rhey are kindly holding it while I get it shipped. Very good communication and so helpful!

This is a run down, filthy hotel not fit for a stay at any level. It was likely not updated in the last 20 years. The hotel really should be demolished. I left a day early and went to another hotel. This hotel was over 70 dollars per night, more expensive than most hotels. Any positive reviews out there must be from many years ago or they're not authentic. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.

A estadia no hotel foi boa, tive um momento muito agradável e confortável, porém o único que acho requerer melhoria são os níveis de segurança e cuidados do pessoal técnico, pois alguém pegou a minha mochila talvez por erro, deixando-me um pouco assustado num dado momento, mas que acabou por ser resolvido. Portanto, recomendo os serviços do hotel por ser um local ideal para passar momentos agradáveis.
