"Very helpful staff!"

"Its a little off the beaten path but quite cool."

"My only criticism was that the room had noise from central heating or air conditioning all night - it was very disturbing and the only drawback from a lovely visit."

"A classic old Irish property. Everything was gracious and subdued. Very calming and relaxing. The hosts were attentive and helpful while at the same time they were unobtrusive. A great two days and we will definitely return. Don't miss the breakfast!!"

"Avoid! We stayed mid-Sept (2026) and were excited to try an adventure of a room 'in a pub'. It was a horrific experience and we departed early. We (3 women) had the courtyard triple room (#23). We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast in the 1808 Pub. The staff was wonderful and the extra touches like flowers and prosecco in the room made this the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary and start off our trip! We enjoyed the small town of Borris and walking the Railway trail. We hope to...
