"The fridge wasn't obvious everyone there said there wasn't one. Only found out this morning that there was one but it had no milk in it to make hot drinks
Luckily I had a few sachets of milk to make a cup of tea but only for two cups which wasn't enough if you like your tea. Also there wasn't any coffee
I thought tea coffee milk and sugar were standard when you book a room, if there not going to supply these essentials then they should make it clear at the time of booking so you...

"Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!"
