"I always stay here when we visit in the summer. This was my first time visiting in the winter. There was one other party here besides me so it was very quiet (even being right next to the office) My only concern, it was REALLY warm in that room and I had no idea how to turn it down? "There is no cleaning service at all, even if you have to pay for it before we arrived there. Since there was an apartment unit for rent online, we were expecting to stay in an apartment. We reserved online an individual unit - not a motel room. Manager gave us a motel room 😡. "Close to downtown which was nice -- no morning coffee - no pop machines, stale donuts on one morning we stayed there. Had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels. When we arrived the staff person had a note posted on the door that she was gone until 6 pm - so we had to burn up two hours before we could even check in. Disappointing. "We loved staying at this property. It really had everything we needed. All the kids (age 9-13) loved the game room and the bunk space. We spent a lot of time enjoying the bluff is the backyard and the hot tub. "Everything was great except the last day we were there, we renewed our room for an extra night and were not told the pool and hot tub were closed for the day, we could have went to another one of their properties which we had done the day before but swimming at another location is a hassle. Also we tried four of the indoor pools and all were pretty cold. There was one at the treescape that was bearable the others were not, we couldn’t even really get in the one at the vue. Other guests felt the same way. "
