"Upon making reservation no mention of an additional $176.00 for having a dog was never mentioned in print except that they were dog friendly. When I tried to cancel my second night reservation they would not cancel and charged for room and additional fee for having a dog. There was blood stain on one of the Pillow cases."

"stayed there for 2 weeks before was well maintained. staff were nice and helpful. but parking was a lil jammed but was manageable"

"Help this property! Never in my life have I seen my breath because the property didnt want to turn on the heat!!! Garbage continental bfast. The shower was disgusting. Checking in was painful. Good thing we didnt get swimwear on to hit hot tub. Had orange fencing around it. Just ick"

"The staff was very kind and helpful."

"As advertised and as reviewed. An excellent value and I overheard other guests at breakfast who experienced the same."

"great 4 star hotel in a small Washington city. Classic downtown hotel. I went end of October 26. The only things that were lacking was: room service, breakfast/lunch and say a pool for the summer. I rated it a 4 star due to the lack of service for food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. my suite was nice a bit dated and lacked a modern coffee maker."

"Clean little property. Slept good!"

"Outdated TV and room decor Seems like Expedia booked rooms are the only ones that have to wait until 4:00pm check in. We will look at another Hotel for our next stay. Clean and comfortable just not worth the cost"
