"Dom svarade väldigt fort men boendet var i extremt dåligt skick. Taket flagnade och om man hade saker på bordet så föll det ner bitar från taket och allt blev smutsigt. Man kunde inte ens gå på toa eller duscha utan att hela håret blev fullt med vita partiklar från taket som ramlade konstant. Det var så både i toaletten och i rummet, jättesynd.
