"I’m not one to write a lot of reviews but this place is horrible! From the dirty carpets that leave the bottoms of your feet black to the “love stained” chair in the corner of the room. I can only imagine what went on there! The bed…..feels a lot like sleeping on cardboard. The shower had the lowest water flow you can imagine and never gets hot. So allow plenty of time for your warm shower. I wouldn’t even consider eating the free breakfast based on the conditions of the rooms."
"El horario del desayuno es muy corto y termina muy temprano de 6am a 9am, no realizan limpieza de los cuartos, estuvimos 15 días y solo limpiaron la habitación 5 veces, la tina del baño tapada, la alberca sucia y en malas condiciones, sombrillas y mobiliario destruido."
"Everything does not go the way you want. When we and my wife got to the hotel and checked the room smelled terrible but was immediately fixed. I am greatful for the staff day middle and night crew and the hospitality and the fast pace on fixing any issues or questions I had."
