I booked an executive twin room which was fantastic and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The best part was the complimentary prosecco and chocolates left in our room along with a gorgeous birthday card, this was completely unexpected - thank you to Abhi on the WOW team for this wonderful surprise. The Cumberland is a stunning hotel, we enjoyed a lovely meal in the SOUND Cafe and breakfast the following morning was great too, a brilliant selection of food and while it was super busy, service was excellent.
