"Pool was enjoyable, very clean, liner needs to be replaced but totally acceptable. Staff is the most amazing part, alway ready to help out. Room was new with a strong air conditioner, once the door is closed it was totally sound proof. We enjoyed it and will be back again"

"The desk clerk was the worst ever in all my years of travel. I really can’t help but wonder why you would employ someone with zero people relation skills in that position! A/C almost non existent and a shower in the room that only a midget could fit into! Strongly suggest you remove the hotel from your site as it will reflect poorly on your business. "We received a very warm welcome and assistance for parking my car and took our luggage from the car to our room. The room was outstanding clean and the largest room in our month long stay in Italy. It is a true castle we felt like a king and queen. "
