"Communication with hotel prior to, and upon arrival was excellent. Front desk staff, in particular, Minu, were excellent. Room was very clean & comfortable. Gabi, cleaned the room wonderfully. We found the restaurant to be of better value than the buffet and food was very good there. Location is great and we felt safe in the area despite there being homeless people around. Heavy & visible police presence nearby. Protests in main square but peaceful. The hotel is overall very good value & we are glad we chose it vs well known chain hotels. "
