Spacious three bedrooms apartment located within a quiet residence, with private descent to the sea, ideal for those seeking tranquility and the convenience of the coast within walking distance.



The entrance to this apartment opens onto an open space consisting of a living area furnished with a sofa, dining table and TV set inside the living area is a fully equipped American kitchen with oven, coffe maker and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: two with a queen-size bed and one with 2 single beds, as well as a walk-in closet.

There are 2 bathrooms both equipped with shower stalls. A balcony equipped with outdoor furniture completes the layout.



Guests are provided with amenities such as air conditioning, heat pump, wi-fi, washing machine and iron.

Aci Castello and its neighbor, Aci Trezza, are two pearls on the east coast of Sicily. Not to be missed is a visit to the Norman Castle of Aci Castello, which stands on a basaltic cliff with an extremely rare rock composition formed by a marine eruption over 500,000 years ago.

The town is located a few kilometers from Catania, famous for its historic center recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Its architectural wonders, but also the vibrancy of its popular markets, the wild beauty of Mount Etna, and the clear sea of the coast will captivate even the most discerning guests.
