Marieke aka ‘breakfast mama’ was lovely and fun and friendly each morning overseeing everyone had what they needed for a tasty and generous breakfast. "The Hey Hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel is only a short walk from the Interlaken West train station, close to shopping, and food. The staff were lovely! The breakfast staff were so nice to our three kids and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to arrange their toys in a fun way around our room which the kids LOVED! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again! "
