Arrived a couple of hours to check-in but coordinator was at church and she wouldn't answer calls. There was no one to talk to, strictly by text [weird for a hotel]. The place was easy to locate. Customer service was below my expectations. But the strongest turn off for me was their bathroom [very dirty or should I say an eyesore?]. Even bulbs were not in working order at the bathroom, unsure if that was deliberate to conceal the dirtiness of the bathroom. I also believe it is about time to change mattresses and give the room some new paintings as the room had bad ordor from others body sweat. Overall, very disappointed for ghc1,000 a night room. My biggest disappointment of all was the bathroom. I didn't enjoy using it. I left the same day after 4 or 5hrs. Waste of money.
