"I booked this hotel for 3 guests and my booking said it was for 3 twin bunk beds. However when I arrived they only had one bed reserved for me in a room that had 3 bunk beds (all the other cots were taken) and I had to find another place for my two friends to stay. Agoo staff helped me find another place with no problem, but I wish they had reviewed the booking to see that it was for 3 people since that was clear on my end. Free shuttle to and from the airport. wifi was extra fast except during the storm hours. clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast food is also excellent. Location is great as well, 6 minute to the airport and near major embassies and museums and city center, very safe."

"This property advertised that they provide transportation to/from airport. This is a lie. The do nt provide transportation to/from airport. I went as far as to have an expedia agent speak directly to the hotel the day before i arrived to confirm that i would be picked up and the hotel confirmed i would be picked up but no one was at the airport to puck me up fron the hotel.
