"We visited DC with family and loved the location. It was in a quiet neighborhood close to the metro, which made it easy to get around. The home is clean and beautiful. We would stay here again! "

"The communication is top tier and the host was attentive to my questions from the start to the very end. The location was perfectly central to U street and the festival grounds with plenty of street parking. Conveniently located to stores and shops. The beds were comfortable and the balconies added a nice touch to the area as we would sit and enjoy the view and weather from the back porch. Safe and quiet area with friendly and welcoming neighbors "

"We stayed here for the Rock N Roll half marathon and it was perfect!!! They have an open garage where you can park, which if you have a bigger vehicle can be a little tricky (we have a Tacoma and had no issues), but SUPER cute neighborhood and only about a 7-8 min walk to the nearest metro station! "

"The checkin staff at all times were friendly, professional, and helpful. I thought the location was the best part of the hotel because of it being next door to a number of the metro lines and so many restaurants and attractions nearby. I thought it was a very convenient location for my trip."
