"The property was pretty and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. We told them we had to leave earlier than the breakfast time on the last day, and they brought a selection of food to us the evening before without us even asking. "All the staff was very polite and helpdome. The rooms was clean. Swimmingpools should be cleaned every day and many of the sunbeds need to be repaired. It was very limited what to buy at the bar. Breakfast was a very simply italian stile, some fresh bread- ham and cheese could be fine. There was a very few restaurants in this village, at the hotel it was not possible to have dinner. Small distance to other cities. were it was possible."

This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."

Really easy to find, with a 10 minute walk from the station. And a lovely warm welcome on arrival.
I really liked the modern style of the hotel, and yet you can step out the back door straight into the winding streets of the historic centre of Lecce.
The a la carte breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious choices, great coffee, and served with a smile.
Great air-conditioned rooms and comfy beds for a good night sleep.
